I know exactly what year this pull start came off of but on a bench test it is fully functional and works excellent

Strong spring good rope good handle no dents and cover just rusty

Rope looks to be in good condition all the way top to bottom handle as well

I received this with a couple of basket case Hondas only going by MX Locker pictures as to ascertain that this is an ATC 110

Could possibly fit on 90s or other years and models please check yourself to be sure email if needed for any kind of measurements
